After one year of extensive testing the BRANCH EXTRICATION BLANKET is in production.
Five layers of protection,
7 ft 3 in long X 33 in wide provides more protection to Patients as well
as Rescues.
The patient side of
the blanket is constructed of a heavy smooth Urethane fabric with anti-bacterial
and anti fungal properties
Designed to be decontaminated
with standard methods.
All the straps can be used
as handles and are held in place with VELCRO fasteners.
Grommets are supplied to
allow for lashing.
Long straps can be extended
to allow for positioning and securing if necessary.
The ends of the BLANKET
contain 16 oz. weights to help in deployment and to aid in stability.
The ends of the EXTRICATION
BLANKET can be molded to hold a shape.
The "TO SHARPS SIDE"
of the rescue blanket is constructed of 1400 denier 4X4 BALLISTIC NYLON.
BALLISTIC NYLON resists
cuts and abrasions.
The Rescue blanket is plainly
marked for centering and use.
